One checked off the list!

Under-painting

Half way through...

The final
"Exploring the Water's Edge"
16x32
Oil on Panel
SOLD

Finished this one yesterday... it is actually done on two 16x16 panels to form one piece. Wishing I could share a better photo of the final with you, but there is soooo much glare from the fantastic sun that I can only take a picture of it from the side. The colors are way more vibrant than shown here, so poo poo on my camera not being able to read my mind and capture it.

It will be on display starting May 8th at my opening at Venue in Ballard, Washington. More information on my upcoming show can be found HERE.

It's gorgeous - the light shining from behind the trees is really atmosphereic. I discovered your paintings today and I love them, I feel they have stories hidden in them. Secret tales buried in the landscapes. I'm looking forward to following your work and progress!
